All About Pax
Just want to quickly document what Pax is doing these days. He is 2 years and almost 3 months old. He can count to 20 in English and 10 in Spanish. He loves to play with playdough. He goes crazy laughing when you tickle him. He just transfered into a 'big boy' bed and loves it. When he wakes up, he politely sits there with his 'green' (blanket) and after a few minutes (20 or so) he says "mommy, daddy come get me please". He's got great manners saying "no thanks" and "thank you" and "please". He knows all of his colors, numbers, shapes, animals, and letters. He is a problm solver and a thinker. He know to press 9-1-1-on the phone in case of an emergency. He knows what type of car mommy, daddy, aunt Jess, and all the grandparents drive. He loves watching Sesame Street and Praise Baby and probably would for hours if we allowed him. Time outs are working as a form of discipline; at the end of every time out we tell him what he did wrong, he says "sorry" we say "I forgive you" and we hug and kiss and say "okay let's be happy now" and we go play. I am currently woking on teaching him the days of the week and what Thanksgiving means. He still loves Cheerios. Oh, and he kisses the baby (mama's belly) everyday.
